We all experience fears; it is a natural human response.  Our minds are hardwired to respond to a perceived danger. When fear takes over our lives it then becomes a problem. Fear recurring on a regular basis becomes a phobia that can often manifest in the physical body such as; sweating, fast heartbeat, nausea, and more.

COVID-19 has now become a  new fear and even the fear of getting Covid: a phobia. Even though taking precautions, some people are afraid to return to life as before affecting their ability to move forward in their lives with daily activities.
