How Hypnosis Helps You Quit Smoking
Hypnosis works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and new ways of thinking. During a smoking cessation session, I help you break the automatic habits and emotional triggers that keep you reaching for a cigarette. Instead of relying on willpower alone, hypnosis helps you shift your mindset—releasing the desire to smoke, strengthening your motivation to live smoke-free, and reinforcing healthier coping strategies. Many clients report feeling calm, empowered, and free from cravings after their sessions.

During our smoking cessation session, we do a pre-talk, which is defining your goals and mindset. We discuss necessary changes in mindset, behavior, and identity. After the program, you experience relaxing hypnosis. After the session, you receive a recording via email and self-care directions. I would recommend a one-half or full hour follow up session within a week of your first session. It is not required but recommended.

Our session is two hours in length, and the cost is $300*. You also receive a reinforcement recording, which you should listen to nightly for at least 30 days.
