Taper Off Stop Smoking Hypnosis Program
If you have tried to quit before, this program may be for you. The amount of sessions to taper off will depend upon the amount you smoke daily now. For example, if you smoke 15 cigarettes a day, we will schedule four sessions. The main goal is to make this a lasting change, so the program needs to be followed exactly as it is given to you. Make the commitment today.
We schedule weekly visits and help you through the personal challenges to your goal. You will be given hypnosis CDs or MP3s to listen to daily. Your dedication to the program will bring about the results you desire.
PLEASE NOTE: Amount of sessions will be determined by the amount of cigarettes you presently smoke. There is an initial session and then one session for every five cigarettes you presently smoke.
