Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

About Me & Reiki: The beginning of my exploration into feeling good was Reiki healing. I was fascinated that it worked despite the fact that I was absolutely skeptical and even giggled nervously. I took Reiki I and Reiki II from a rather unusual psychic in New York that said she was “unconvential” just like I was. My Reiki Master/Teacher training was from a hypnosis instructor; I took it right after my hypnosis class. All in all, I have been practicing Reiki since about 1995. It would be my pleasure to provide Reiki Training services to people in Wayne County, Lackawanna County and surrounding areas.
