Mindset Coaching is for you if you feel:

  • A burning desire to make lasting, positive changes in your life

  • You feel like you’re on a hamster wheel
  • You are ready to take massive action towards your dreams
  • You want to discover your purpose and get clear about what you want

Mindset Coaching is an investment in yourself and the life that you want to create.

Who can a Mindset Coach work with?

People will often seek a Mindset Coach for assistance when they feel as though they are not achieving what they want in their life. You may feel as though you’ve tried everything, but nothing is working or that something is holding you back and you can’t really pinpoint what that is.

Clients may be overwhelmed with too many options, be procrastinating or just lacking the confidence to achieve their goals. The client feels there is a misalignment between what they want at the conscious level and the subbconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, behaviors, habits and programs that are running in the background. They may know what they want consciously, but their subconscious may be preventing success.

What a mindset coach does is to unlock these subconscious patterns and then work with their client to find solutions instead of challenges. The client more easily moves forward and achieve goals quicker and easier than before.

How is Mindset Coaching different from Therapy?

Mindset Coaches are skilled in using in a range of neuroscience-based techniques including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. We also use energy practices like the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Reiki.

Because Mindset Coaches have the tools to gain insight and understanding of their clients, their thinking and show up in the world, they are able to apply techniques designed to shift perception, change minds and change lives.

What does a Mindset Coach do?

Mindset coaches don’t solve client challenges for clients; they equip them with the tools necessary to engage on their own. Mindset coaches don’t directly intervene in the professional or personal lives of clients. For example…a basketball coach certainly wouldn’t jump on the court and start playing for a team member. Instead, they assist them from the sidelines and help them develop themselves and feel empowered.
